We first hired him to build a screened back porch shortly after we moved to Tennessee, and we were incredibly impressed with both his work and his professionalism. Based on that experience, we asked him back to install laminate flooring throughout our entire home, which included replacing baseboards and trim. Jacob didn't hesitate to tackle these rooms, despite their need to be remodeled from top to bottom. He gave an reasonable estimate for his work. I liked that he did all the work, no subcontractors. I was very pleased with the outcome. Afterwards, he laid several additional rooms of lvp and did a great job of that too. Jacob has all the skills for remodeling, and he leaves a quality remodel. His work ethic, dependability, and communication make a remodeling project so much better from start to finish. See more See less

I had a bathroom remodeled, and I couldn’t be more pleased with what he created. His tile laying was excellent! He also installed my vanity! 5 out of 5 starsJacob undertook a major remodel project for us at our 120 year old farmhouse. He had to take rooms back down to original framing and beef up what had no longer up to code. He took down load bearing walls, opening up the spaces. Lots of unexpected surprises along the way which he handled with ease and knowledge. He handled all the structural changes, as well as the cosmetic, including drywall, wood plank ceilings, installing new windows and siding. He understood our vision and brought it to life. Very easy to work with! He was there every day when he said he would be and stayed on schedule! Would highly recommend him for your next project!!! See more See less
