When I was in need of a skilled remodeler for 2 bathrooms, I was blessed to have found Jacob. Jacob didn't hesitate to tackle these rooms, despite their need to be remodeled from top to bottom. Jacob undertook a major remodel project for us at our 120 year old farmhouse. He had to take rooms back down to original framing and beef up what had no longer up to code. He took down load bearing walls, opening up the spaces. Lots of unexpected surprises along the way which he handled with ease and knowledge. He handled all the structural changes, as well as the cosmetic, including drywall, wood plank ceilings, installing new windows and siding. He understood our vision and brought it to life.
